Today's Lesson in the Habits of Local councillors

Travelling to uni every day I go past Collingwood Town Hall. Nothing out of the ordinary there. Except when you look at the few blocks surrounding the Hall. There are no fewer than four drinking establishments within a five minute stumble of the Collingwood town hall. It just goes to show what local councillors like to do in their lunch break.
